Hanuman World Phuket: A Practical First-Time Visitor Guide

Your first Hanuman World visit starts with choosing the activities you want to try, then checking the package, transfer arrangements and participation requirements. The park is in Wichit, Mueang Phuket. Guided zipline courses, roller zipline and Skywalk offer different ways to experience the rainforest, and combined packages bring several activities together.

Choose activities before choosing a package

A standard zipline course takes you between forest platforms. The zipline packages offer 10, 18 or 32 platforms. A platform is part of the course, not necessarily a separate zipline: the 32-platform course includes 16 ziplines, along with bridges, abseil points and stairs.

Roller zipline follows a winding route through the forest. Skywalk is an elevated walkway. They are separate experiences, so check the inclusions rather than assuming every ticket includes all three.

The World combined packages pair a zipline course with roller zipline and Skywalk: World A+ has 32 platforms, B+ has 18 and C+ has 10. World D+ includes roller zipline and Skywalk without a standard zipline course. Luge combinations are separately listed; the base World A+ package does not automatically include every activity sold at the destination.

Plan your time

The park is open daily from 08:00 to 21:00, Phuket time (Asia/Bangkok). Opening hours are not the same as activity start times. The booking system lists scheduled zipline sessions at 08:00, 10:00, 13:00 and 15:00; check your selected date and package for availability. A later park closing time does not mean a zipline course can start at 21:00.

World A+ is listed at up to three hours, B+ around two hours, C+ around one and a half hours, and D+ around one hour. Treat these as planning estimates, not guaranteed finish times. Leave additional time for travel, check-in, the briefing and any separate activities. Plan to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled session.

Combined adventures and zipline courses list hotel transfers among their inclusions. Other tickets can have different arrangements. Shared transfers have advance booking cut-offs: at least four hours before the activity, and before 21:00 on the previous day for an 08:00 session. Confirm your hotel, pickup point and pickup time with the team. Private transport and accompanying non-players can involve extra charges; check the booking summary.

Arrive ready for the briefing

• Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement and closed-toe shoes.
• Avoid loose jewellery, scarves and dangling accessories.
• Bring your booking confirmation on your phone; printing is not required.
• Secure cameras and phones with a strap, and follow your guide's instructions about when they can be used.
• Tell the team about any concern that may affect participation before booking.

Helmets, harnesses and a safety briefing are provided for zipline activities. Participation depends on the requirements for the chosen activity and correct equipment fit. Check the safety information and ask the team to confirm suitability for children or anyone with a health concern. Do not assume that permission to do one activity applies to every activity.

Check what the price includes

The combined World packages list a meal and transfer alongside their activities. Separate photo/video products, luge combinations, private transfers and other extras should be checked individually. Review the actual package and checkout total before paying; a headline price is not a promise that all optional extras are included.

If your plans change

Read the refund policy before booking. It specifies cancellation timing and a 5% processing fee for cancellations or partial refunds. Contact the team about your booking rather than assuming a change or refund is automatic. Weather-related activity decisions are made by the park team.

Is every activity included in World A+?

No. World A+ combines its 32-platform zipline course with roller zipline, Skywalk, a meal and hotel transfer. Other attractions and optional extras have their own listings.

Can I arrive any time during opening hours?

Use the time on your booking. Scheduled activities and shared pickups have their own times, even though the park remains open later.
