How do I book a zipline experience?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred package, date, and time. Simply click the "Book Now" button, fill in your details, and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled activity. Please contact our customer service team for assistance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity are non-refundable.

Do I need to print my booking confirmation?

No, you can show your booking confirmation on your mobile device. Just present your booking reference number or the QR code from your confirmation email.

Is hotel pickup included?

Yes! Most packages include complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off within the main Phuket tourist areas (Patong, Kata, Karon, Phuket Town). Private transfer options are also available for other locations.

What is the cut-off time for free shared transfer?

To receive free shared transfer (hotel pickup), you must book at least 4 hours before your play time. For example, if you want to play at 3 PM today, you must book before 11 AM. For the 8 AM slot, you must book before 9 PM the previous day. If you book after the cut-off time, you can still make a booking but will need to arrange your own transportation to Hanuman World.

Can I still book if I miss the transfer cut-off time?

Yes! You can still book your adventure even after the transfer cut-off time has passed. However, you will need to come directly to Hanuman World by your own transportation. The free shared transfer will not be available, but you can upgrade to a private transfer for an additional fee.

What are the weight and age requirements?

Minimum weight: 15kg-120kg (children must be at least 4 years old and accompanied by an adult). Harness fit: Children must be tall enough for the harness to secure properly (usually ~100-110 cm). Some activities like the Slingshot have a minimum age of 12 years.

Is it safe for people with a fear of heights?

Many guests with mild fear of heights complete our courses successfully. Our professional guides provide encouragement and support throughout. However, if you have severe acrophobia, please consult with our team before booking.

What safety equipment is provided?

All essential safety gear is provided, including harnesses and helmets. All equipment meets international safety standards and is inspected daily by trained technicians.

Can pregnant women participate?

Unfortunately, pregnant women cannot participate in zipline activities for safety reasons. However, they can join the Skywalk experience with caution.

How long does the activity take?

Duration depends on your chosen package. The full 32-platform course takes approximately 2.5-3 hours. Shorter packages range from 1-2 hours. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing that allows freedom of movement. Closed-toe shoes are required (sneakers or sports shoes recommended). Avoid loose jewelry, scarves, or anything that could get caught.

Can I bring my camera or phone?

Yes, you can bring cameras or phones, but they must be secured with a strap. We also offer professional photo and video packages captured by our staff at key points along the course.

Is there food available at the park?

Yes. We have a restaurant serving Thai and international dishes, and some packages include a complimentary meal. Please note there are no refreshment stations along the course.

What is included in each package?

Each package includes safety equipment, professional guides, insurance, and transfer (where specified). Packages vary in the number of platforms, activities, and whether meals are included. Check each package description for details.

Are there discounts for groups?

Yes, we offer special rates for groups of 10 or more. Please contact us directly for group pricing and availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment gateway. Payment is in Thai Baht.

Do you offer refunds for bad weather?

Yes, if we cancel due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule to another date. Light rain does not typically affect operations.
