WELCOME TO HANUMAN WORLD
Operated by Sky World Adventures Co., Ltd., these Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and adventure activities. By making a booking or participating in our activities, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Conditions That May Prevent Participation
For your safety, the following conditions may prevent you from participating in our activities:
- Pregnancy
- Heart disease, high blood pressure, or other serious medical conditions (including diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, or congenital diseases)
- Recent surgery or injuries (within the past 12 months), especially involving the back, hips, legs, knees, or feet
- Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Severe fear of heights
Age & Weight Limits
Every guest must meet the following limits to take part in our adventures:
- Age: 4–70 years old (must be fully 4 years old on the activity date)
- Weight limit: Maximum 120 kg (Zipline, Roller, and Luge)
Final Determination
Final determination of fitness to participate is at the sole discretion of our safety staff. We may refuse participation at any point before or during the activity if safety is in question.
Operations in Rainy Conditions
All activities operate as normal in rainy conditions. Light to moderate rain does not affect our schedule, and guests are expected to arrive as planned.
Rain Is Not Grounds for Refund
Rain is not considered a valid reason for cancellation or refund. However, customers may reschedule their time or date, subject to availability.
Severe Weather Suspension
In case of strong winds, storms, or unsafe weather conditions, the company reserves the right to temporarily suspend operations until it is safe to proceed.
Acknowledgement
By confirming the booking, customers acknowledge and accept these weather conditions, and all operations are subject to on-site staff discretion.
